As registered RICS Valuers we are able to provide formal valuations on residential properties, the most common reasons being:-

  • Probate
  • Matrimonial
  • Taxation purposes
  • Housing Association/ Shared Ownership/ sale
  • Housing Association/ Shared Ownership / Staircasing

The Valuation is only intended to give a brief inspection of the property together with a market valuation. It's scope is restricted by the fact it is based on a limited inspection and undertaken in accordance with the latest RICS Global Valuation Standards.
